Rehearsal/Performance Schedule

Schedule Overview:

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday rehearsals will all be run in costume.  Thursday costumes are optional.

Monday, May 13 – Extra Rehearsal day. Any classes that need to have an extra rehearsal due to snow days or absences will be scheduled to practice this day. No regular classes will be held.

Tuesday, May 14 - Act 1/Picture Day, 5-9pm, Rozsa - All Act 1 dances will be run at the theatre AND those classes will have their pictures taken that day. 

Wednesday, May 15 - Act 2/Picture Day, 5-9pm, Rozsa - All Act 2 dances will be run at the theatre AND those classes will have their pictures taken that day. 

Thursday, May 16 - Full Show, 5-9pm, Rozsa - All Act 1 and Act 2 dances will be run in show order. Costumes are optional.

Friday, May 17 - Dress Rehearsal, 5-9pm, Rozsa - Full Dress Rehearsal

Saturday, May 18 - Performance, 7pm - Dancers should arrive at 5:30pm

Sunday, May 19 - Performance, 3pm - Dancers should arrive at 1:30pm

Detailed Schedule

Monday, May 13th- SSOD

  • Extra practice day! This is just for classes who need an extra rehearsal due to student absences, snow days, etc…We will let specific classes know if you will be meeting for one final rehearsal at the studio.  No regular classes will be held.

Tuesday, May 14th-Act 1/Picture Day, 5-9pm, Rozsa

  • Please arrive by 4:45pm, notes and announcements will begin at 5pm

  • All Act 1 dances will be run at the theatre AND those classes will have their pictures taken that day.

  • Dancers should come in costume (or bring costumes to change into, dressing rooms will be available) and have hair done nicely (does not have to be exactly what is required for their class as long as it is neat).  Makeup is optional.

  • Dancers will sit in the audience while waiting to go onstage or get class pictures taken.

  • Dancers are allowed to leave once all of their dances have rehearsed and pictures  have been taken.

  • Photo package must be purchased in advance if you want individual photos taken.  Group photos may still be purchased from the photographer’s online store at a later date.

Wednesday, May 15th - Act 2/Picture Day, 5-9pm, Rozsa

  • Please arrive by 4:45pm, notes and announcements will begin at 5pm

  • All Act 2 dances will be run at the theatre AND those classes will have their pictures taken that day.

Thursday, May 16th - Full Show, 5-9pm, Rozsa

  • Please arrive by 4:45pm, notes and announcements will begin at 5pm

  • All Act 1 and Act 2 dances will be run in show order

  • Dancers can rehearse in costume if they would like, otherwise regular dance clothes may be worn.  Hair and makeup do not need to be done.

  • Dancers may sit in the audience while waiting to go onstage, but need to stay with their classes and be ready to go onstage when it is getting close to their dance.

  • Dancers are allowed to leave once all of their dances have rehearsed.

Friday, May 17th - Dress Rehearsal, 5-9pm, Rozsa

  • Please arrive by 4:45pm to get into costume, hair, and makeup. Notes, warm up, and Curtain Call practice will begin at 5:30pm

  • The whole show will run, in order, with the exception of Curtain Call (bows) which we will run first.

  • Dancers must stay in the dressing rooms or backstage before they go onstage.  They may sit and watch in the audience only if they are done with all of their dances.

  • Dancers are allowed to leave once all of their dances have rehearsed (younger classes must check out with parent chaperones).

  • Dancers will rehearse in costume, hair, and makeup, just like the real show!

  • All backstage helpers and Saturday and Sunday chaperones should attend to learn what they will be doing for the show.

Saturday, May 18th - Performance, 7pm, Rozsa

  • Dancers and chaperones should arrive at 5:30pm.

  • Notes and warmup will begin at 6pm.

Sunday, May 19th - Performance, 3pm, Rozsa

  • Dancers and chaperones should arrive at 1:30pm.

  • Notes and warmup will begin at 2pm.
