●        Please arrive by 4:45pm, notes and announcements will begin at 5pm

●        All Act 1 dances will be run at the theatre AND those classes will have their pictures taken that day.

●        Dancers should come in costume (or bring costumes to change into, dressing rooms will be available) and have hair done nicely (does not have to be exactly what is required for their class as long as it is neat).  Makeup is optional.

●        Dancers will sit in the audience while waiting to go onstage or get class pictures taken.

●        Dancers are allowed to leave once all of their dances have rehearsed and had their pictures taken.

●        Photo package must be purchased in advance if you want individual photos taken.  Group photos may still be purchased from the photographer’s online store at a later date.
